Handlepole Instructions
- Use red locktight when installing the #10-32 Steering Cable Clamp
- The 3/8-16 bolt must be installed into the center of the Steering Stop
- This bolt also acts as the Chinpad Support
- Depending on the Chinpad you use, a longer bolt may be necessary
- When installing the Dual Pivot Bolt System use red locktight
- Install the bolts, apply the locktight, tighten first nut very firmly
- Apply more locktight, and tighten 2nd (lock nut) firmly
- Leave the pole in the upright position for 24 hrs to cure locktight
- These bolts require tightening periodically, It is essential that you do
- When adjusting the Steering Cable do not connect the nozzle end of the cable until you have adjusted the steering end
- Make sure the turn plate hits the Steering Stop in both directions
- You may be required to cut 1/4” off the turn plate end of the cable
- Once you have adjusted the steering end, connect the nozzle end.
- Adjust the nozzle end of the cable to your desired setting

Scupper Instructions
- Use a 2- 3/4 hole saw for the back & a 2- 3/8 hole saw for inside the hull.
- Drill out the two holes.
- Using the pvc pipe with the serrated end cut out the foam between the two holes.
- Once you get the pvc pipe in all the way mark it and cut off the serrated end so its flush with the inside of the hull.
- Seal both ends and seal the scupper flange down.

Trim Instructions
- Install trim cable through hull as shown in diagram.
- Mount trim lever and guide cable though handle pole.
- Install billet trim cable mount and return spring to pump as shown.
- Review the photo, then sand or grind off rib on top of exit nozzle.
- Using the four (4) bolts and spacer sleeves provided mount trim ring and steering nozzle.
- Sand the steering nozzle as needed to avoid trim ring interference.
- The OEM steering cable barrel and OEM ball post need to be transferred to the trim ring. The ball joint we provide will go on the steering cable. Use a bolt and locking nut to attach the ball joint to the steering nozzle. Do not tighten steering joint all the way down.
- Adjust cable at trim lever so trim ring is positioned at the correct angle. The OEM barrel will only need to screw on a few turns to the trim cable in most applications.
